Samuel L. Delcamp has more than 40 years of investment experience. For 25 years, he served as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of The Fuller Foundation, a public charity, overseeing the growth in assets from $4 million to more than $600 million. As CIO he was responsible for risk management, compliance and construction of a global, absolute return portfolio establishing a network of relationships in financial and capital markets throughout North American, Asia and Europe.

He served as President and Director of Mission Trust Co., NA (National Association); and MBM Partners, Inc., an unregistered investment adviser. For the past 18 years, Mr. Delcamp has monitored the oil and gas industry operating in the ASEAN Member States.
